Do you photograph every wedding together?
Yes. We are now entering our 9th wedding season together. We have photographed over 160 weddings and over 200 engagement sessions. We are both lead photographers with equal skill sets. Throughout our years of photographing weddings together we have experienced all types of weather, schedules falling behind, unforeseen road closures & construction etc. If you name it, chances are we have probably seen it! Our years of dedicated experience will aid you in planning the most seamless day possible. This will allow you to enjoy every single moment of your wedding day without any stress. It is our job to look after that. We have a backup plan for a backup plan! We do not have associate photographers.
Do you travel?
Oh do we ever!! We love to travel and have photographed weddings locally, nationally and internationally. Whatever corner of the world your wedding may be, we would love to photograph it. We also are aware of what locations require photography permits and have them purchased and in place!
What are your travel fees?
Travel fees for local weddings are included. This includes: Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Red Deer & Edmonton and anywhere in-between. For distances greater please contact us for further information. A hotel room the night before your wedding day may be required. This is dependent on location.
Do you photograph engagement sessions & weddings in the winter?
Yes!! We live in such a beautiful country with the most gorgeous backdrops….winter being one of them! The cold doesn't scare us away and have photographed dozens of winter weddings, we like it, and are prepared for it!
What if there is bad weather on my wedding day?
Inclement weather can often provide the most unique opportunities! As we all know weather in Alberta is unpredictable and challenging more often then not. We are prepared for this. Too hot, too cold, too windy, rainy, snowy or all at once we have experienced them all. We know how to work with and deal with each circumstance! If in the event we cannot be outside, we have many tricks up our sleeve to create a unique experience indoors.
Do you location scout before my wedding?
Yes. Location scouting is a vital part of finalizing your timeline. We have to know where we are going, for what purpose, and create a back-up plan in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
Do I receive my digital images?
Yes. From your engagement and wedding day, you will receive your high resolution, edited digital images. These images are processed by us and are delivered to you through an on-line gallery. This gallery allows you to share, print, download and save your high resolution images.
Do you offer any products?
Yes. We offer high end albums, canvas', parent albums, and guest books.
How do I secure you for my wedding date?
We love to meet with our clients to get to know one another, show you the products we offer, and help you design a custom collection suited to your specific needs. From there we require a 50% retainer. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. We are here to help in anyway we can!
